Class & Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy

Class Confirmation:
Full class price is due at time of purchase.

Cancellations Prior to Class:

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the class will receive a 75% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations on the Day of Class/No-Shows:
No refunds will be issued once the class has begun or if you do not attend.

Transfers:
You may transfer your spot to a friend or family member at any time before the class begins at no additional cost.

Custom Iced Sugar Cookies — Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Deposits:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order confirmation. Orders are not added to the schedule until the deposit is received.

Payment & Deadlines:
Remaining balance is due 7 days before pickup. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• 14+ days before pickup: Deposit is non-refundable; any additional payments will be refunded.

• Less than 14 days before pickup: No refunds will be issued.

• Within 72 hours of pickup: Full order amount is non-refundable.

Order Changes:
Design or quantity changes must be requested 14 days before pickup. Late changes may not be possible and may incur additional fees.

Failure to Pick Up:
Orders not picked up at the scheduled time will not be refunded. Cookies will be discarded after 24 hours for food safety. For deliveries- customer must be present and ready to receive order at designated time of delivery.

Quality & Design Variations:
All cookies are handmade; slight variations in color, design, and size may occur. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

Allergens:
Products are made in a home kitchen that may come into contact with common allergens (e.g., gluten, dairy, nuts). It is the customer’s responsibility to inform recipients.

No Returns:
Due to the perishable and custom nature of decorated cookies, all sales are final once produced. Returns are not accepted.

If the Baker Cancels:
In the rare event that I must cancel due to illness or emergency, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
